The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) provides the foundation by which the public and private sectors come together to create an environment for regional economic prosperity, through the creation of a strategic plan to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
ETCOG and the East Texas Economic Development District completed a 5-year rewrite of the CEDS that was approved by the Economic Development District board on April 18th, 2019.
