CEDS
The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) provides the foundation by which the public and private sectors come together to create an environment for regional economic prosperity, through the creation of a strategic plan to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
ETCOG and the East Texas Economic Development Administration completed a 4-year rewrite of the CEDS that was approved by the Economic Development District board on December 2nd, 2024.
